PDC drill bit is mainly used for drilling soft-medium formation,
such as mud stone, limestone, shale, sandstone and granite etc.

remain sharp, thus greatly improve the penetration rate;
- Low pressure and low speed drilling: bit by scratching, shear
broken rock, the weight on bit only with diameter diamond
impregnated bit drilling pressure by 1/3;
- Good effect of gauge: our compact bit can be set with
polycrystalline diamond gauge inside and outside, with high
resistance to wear, gauge performance is good, can make more
efficient use of cutting teeth;
- Wide range of use: the practice proves that the bit is suitable for
carbonate rock, limestone, chalk and clay rock, siltstone,
sandstone, such as soft, medium hard (hereinafter of rock drill
ability grade 9) formation drilling, compared with the average bit,
6-8 level of rock drilling, in particular, is especially
significant effect;
- Because of fast drilling rate and long service life, thus, fewer
drilling, drilling cost is reduced greatly, has the cost
performance.
